The staff are very friendly and welcoming The hotel is safe and all needed facilities were available The staff help with every information when asked The hotel staff offer help and asked if there's anything they can do to ensure maximum comfort and an enjoyable stay for us

Great location, only a 5 min walk from the cascade. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Staff makes you feel at home and are always happy to help. Price was very reasonable. Cash machine inside the hotel is quite convenient. Wifi was great speed.

Ideal location with historic buildings a few streets away. Rooms are comfortable with a beautiful decoration, clean and very friendly staff. Buffett breakfast with many choices including fresh fruit

All thing like hotel features and staff was so good and friendly, the most prominent thing about hotel was the location, you can go everywhere with walking

Everything was great.The hospitality was on top. Perfect placement, just in front of Armenian National Museum of Calligraphy. Thank you for everything.
